*PETS: This property IS pet friendly to DOGS ONLY! You are welcome to bring up to two dogs during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. I've stayed here several times, and plan to stay again. I love that I can walk to the beach, or I can walk to the lagoon, I can walk just about anywhere! Even to Ike's Beach Rental, where I can rent a kayak and cruise around the lagoon. Or I can walk over to Bahama Bob's and have the best fish sandwich ever! Great for pets, plenty of green space, and no carpet is a definite plus when it comes to muddy/sandy paws. I'll be back next year.

Sandy Shores is in a great location with amazing balcony space. Interior is decorated very nice and clean. Property Management is very easy to work with. Being able to bring our small dog was the main reason we selected Sandy Shores and we are very happy that we did!!

I was very impressed with this condo. I have stayed many places in Gulf Shores over the past 14 years and this was the best for our money. Quiet and small complex and a fairly easy walk to the beach for us and our 6 year old. I was excited about the pool being located under the complex but did not think that without much direct sunlight the pool is pretty cold. Will be staying here again for our next trip to Gulf Shores.

We felt right at home immediately. But then realized the temps this winter were unusually cold. Wish we'd been better prepared for ice cold floors. All was clean except for some glassware with lip prints on it. Ugh. And the torn screens never were repaired. Friendly, quiet neighbors and location were excellent! The management was very friendly and easy to reach by phone! Electrical problems were dealt with in 6 hours. Oh, refrigerator makes puddles all the time...?
